Return & Refund Policy

At Timmy Jones, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our collections.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused product within Fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, provided all the conditions below are met.
1. Conditions for Return
Before sending any items back, please ensure that:
a) You have contacted our Client Care Team at customerservice@timmyjones.com within 14 days of delivery to request return authorization. You will receive a Return Number and shipping label by email.
b) The item has not been used, worn, washed, or altered and meets the standards outlined in the Compliance Check section below.
c) All original tags, labels, and disposable seals remain attached and intact.
d) The item is returned complete with all accessories, packaging, and documentation supplied at purchase.
e) The return package is dispatched within 14 days of the delivery date using the authorized label provided by Timmy Jones.
f) The return is shipped from the same country of purchase (Sri Lanka).
If these conditions are met, Timmy Jones (Pvt) Ltd. will refund the value of the returned merchandise, including applicable taxes, excluding original shipping costs.
Items returned without authorization or failing to meet these criteria will not qualify for a refund.
If a return is refused, you may request that the item be shipped back to you within 30 days, at your own cost. If you do not request the return within that time, the item will be considered abandoned and handled according to our policy.
2. Compliance Check
Returned items must be in a new, unused, and perfect condition, with all protective materials and labels intact.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a partial refund if the product shows signs of wear, alteration, or mishandling, such as:

Evidence of use or washing

Missing identification tags or seals

Missing or damaged original packaging (e.g., garment bag or branded box)
In such cases, you will be notified and offered the option to have the item returned to you at your own expense.
If declined, Timmy Jones reserves the right to retain the product and the corresponding deduction amount.
3. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within ten (10) business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Refund timing depends on your payment provider’s policies.
If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and funds are not visible, please contact customerservice@timmyjones.com for assistance.
Please note: merchandise marked Final Sale, Promotional, or Discounted is non-refundable.
4. Identification Tag
Each Timmy Jones garment includes an identification tag or security seal.
Please try on your item before removing this tag, as returns are not accepted once it has been detached, broken, or altered.
5. Return Shipping
Authorized returns must be shipped using the return label and instructions provided by our Client Care Team.
Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Timmy Jones is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred if items are shipped without authorization or tracking.

All return parcels must include the issued Return Number and label.
Packages received without authorization cannot be processed.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Items labeled as Sale or Promotional

Gift Cards
-
Underwear, swimwear, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)
7. Force Majeure
Timmy Jones shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including customs delays, courier disruptions, natural events, or other force majeure circumstances.
